Moisturisers

Skin becomes dehydrated from too much sun, weather exposure, harsh cleansers and aging. To avoid skin wrinkling and aging, we need to apply moistutisers. In this section we mostly sell humectants. Humectants are water-binding agents that are hydrophilic (water-loving). Their molecular structure enables them to keep the skin soft and pliant by retaining water and binding it in the skin.

In this section we also have NFF Complex, which is a combination of Natural Moisturising Factors. See its product listing below for more information.

Another type of Moisturiser is known as an Occlusive, which is a Fat, Wax or Vegetable Oil with a large molecular structure that forms a layer on the skin, preventing moisture loss. Jojoba Oil is an excellent Occlusive because of its high wax content.
