Protecting your skin from the sun has become more important in recent years due to the depletion of the ozone layer and a related increased risk of skin cancer. In addition, too much exposure to the sun is the biggest contributing factor in skin aging and the formation of wrinkles.

There have been some recent Swedish studies showing that the long term use of chemical Sun Blocks can possibly harm the health of its users while not actually providing protection from UVA rays. The study goes on to recommend the use of physical Sun Blocks such as Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, rather than the chemically-based products.
