Inci: Vetiveria zizanoides Root Oil

A deep, rich, earthy, smoky, woody scent with a sweet undertone.

What is it?

An amber brown to reddish brown viscous liquid obtained by steam distillation of the dried roots of the Vetivert grass.

Masking, Perfuming, Tonic

Skin Care

Add to creams, lotions and gels for skin care – useful for both dry and oily skin.

Q&A

Where does your organic vetiver essential oil come from please? I’m looking for Hawaiian oil which has the most green and fresh smell but it’s impossible to find in the UK. I find some vetiver oils smelling very strong of heavy industrial burnt oil which doesn’t do anything for me. Thanks for your prompt reply. M. Mayes: Thank you for your enquiry.
