Thank you for your enquiry, please see the below response from our Research and
Development team;

“In the Every Day Hand Cream, yes you can substitute Preservative Eco Plus instead of Preservative 12. Use it at the same amount. There is one provision, as long as you don’t use this cream on a child under 3 years of age. You can check the website listing for Preservative Eco Plus where this is detailed.”

“I’m sorry but as we do not work with Naticide we cannot offer any advice on its usage. Perhaps contact whoever you wish to buy this from to ask for their advice.”

Thank you for your email, please read the below response from our research and development team;

“Yes you can replace the Tomato Seed oil with any other oil of your choice as long as it is heat tolerant and can be used at 7%. Or you could use a combination of other heat tolerant oils adding up to 7%. Read through our carrier oils listings to see what takes your fancy.”

Kind Regards
