But it isn't always that simple. Certain raw materials do better when stored in containers made of certain materials. Essential oils, for instance, do not store well in plastic containers, yet transporting glass containers can be expensive because of the heavy weight and it can also make them vulnerable to damage. It is, therefore, necessary to select the appropriate packaging container for each raw material and product.
