It’s so easy to make an exfoliant gel. It needs a little oil in it to act as a lubricant, and you can change the exfoliant you use for different parts of your body. Choose from Jojoba Exfoliating Grains, Organic Exfoliant Cupuaçu, Bamboo Exfoliant, Apricot Kernel Powder, Pumice Powder or Himalayan Salt.
Stage 1: (room temperature)
78% Bottled Spring Water
2% Glycerin
1% Xanthan Gum
Stage 2: (room temperature)
10% Aloe Vera Concentrate
3% Sweet Almond Oil
1% Preservative 12
Stage 3: (room temperature)
5% Exfoliant of your choice
100% Total
Method:
Combine the Stage 1 Xanthan Gum and Glycerin to make a paste. Add the water and stick-blend briefly until smooth.
Add the Stage 2 ingredients and blend briefly again.
Stir in the Stage 3 ingredients with a silicone spatula. Do not use the stick-blender.
