In the product information, it says it can be used in creams so I wanted to check if the product could be added ‘as is’ to an emulsion or if it would need to be ground further? - Thank you for your enquiry. Please see the below response from our Research and Development Team; "The Organic Chamomile Flowers are the whole dried flowers. In order to use them in a cream you would need to make an infusion to use as the water stage or part of it. You would also need to increase the amount of preservative used to 1.1% as herbal infusions make products more difficult to preserve but 1.1% does the job."
