Stylish, robust, lightweight 30ml Transparent PET Plastic Jar supplied with lid in the same material.

As this jar is clear it is ideal if you want to show off the colour of your product, e.g. Coloured Make up products like mineral make up, Exfoliants with coloured exfoliating grains, different coloured Face Masks and dry Face Mask Powder Blends, etc. Also a practical choice for balms, ointments, lip glosses, lip balms, creams, powders etc.

Tips on how to fill this container?
When filling quite viscous/thick products that have required heating e.g. cream, you will experience that it is difficult to fill into a jar if the product has been cooled down to room temperature.
If it is at room temperature you will most likely need to spoon it into a jar - the problem with that is that the products will not look smooth on the top.
To avoid this, fill your jars when the product is cooling down (approx. between 40 - 30 degrees Celsius.
If that is not possible you can reheat the product until it becomes pourable.
If the product is pourable it best filled with a spouted beaker or jug.
Make sure that you don't overfill your jars.
If you do, then, when pressing down the lid the product spill out from under the lid.
If that happens you have to wipe it off immediately with a paper towel.
Also,when making a cream any product it doesn't look good if the lid has been pressed down onto the top of the product, making the lid greasy so, once again, avoid overfilling.
Storage and Handling
All of our containers are supplied to us in sterile, airtight, durable plastic packaging.
Our staff then repack the containers if necessary, into the different quantities that we sell, packing them into sealed plastic bags.
When sent, they are safely wrapped in bubble wrap.
It shouldn't therefore be necessary to sterilise the containers you buy from Aromantic.
Using preservatives correctly in your products along with usual hygiene standards will make sure that your products are packaged well, without prematurely growing fungus and bacteria.

- Can you recommend where to get labels and boxes for the 15ml and 30ml glass and pet jars?
- The best thing is to go online to somewhere like Amazon as they will be the cheapest. You need to get the right size labels for either an ink jet or a laser printer. Some labels say they will work with both. If you look for Avery labels, they let you download free software, so you can design your label and a whole sheet will print out with the same design. They come in stock sizes so measure some out and cut them out of plain paper to see which would work well on your jars.
