As the stage is cooling down, stir in the Stage 2 ingredients using a silicon spatula. As it starts to go opaque, stir in all the Stage 3 (heat sensitive) ingredients and beat until smooth and evenly mixed. Jar and label. Please note that this recipe will slowly thicken as it cools to become a soft, semi-solid butter.
