Heat the Stage 1 (fat stage)ingredients in a double boiler to above 75°C.

Add the Stage 2 (water stage) boiling water to a larger stainless steel bowl then pour the Stage 1 mixture into the Stage 2 water. Keep on the double boiler and keep above 75°C whilst stirring continuously for 5 minutes.

Remove the bowl from heat and cool down in a pan of cold water whilst still stirring all the time.

When the temperature has dropped to below 40°C, add the Stage 3 (cool stage) ingredients. Mix thoroughly, jar and label.
