Description

Montanov™ S is a 100% natural-origin co-emulsifier designed to stabilise oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions with elegance and simplicity. It enhances the texture, improves dispersion of pigments and UV filters, and gives formulas a rich, creamy feel without heaviness.

Derived entirely from renewable plant sources, Montanov S is preservative-free and is compatible with surfactant systems. In cleansing or foaming formulations, it can enhance foam creaminess, producing finer bubbles, and a more luxurious texture.

Recommended Usage Levels

How to Use

Add Montanov S to the oil phase of your formulation. It pairs well with other emulsifiers to enhance stability. In surfactant systems (cleansers, foaming formulas), add it to influence foam texture and feel. For pigments or sunscreens, it's particularly useful to aid fine dispersion.

Solubility & Compatibility

Amphiphilic (works at interfaces), compatible with both oil and aqueous phases. Works within surfactant systems to modify foam and texture.
