About this product
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A pale yellow, oily fluid with a faint vegetal aroma.
It is an extract of a South African plant called Spilanthes Acmella.
The flower buds are taken for the extract which is in fractionated coconut oil and fatty acids from palm oil.
Remodelling Intense is 100% natural plant derived that is also ethically and sustainably sourced.
The plants are grown by local farmers which sustains the local infrastructure and only the buds are used.
This leaves the plant undamaged and any plant residue is used as compost.
No insecticides or pesticides are used and it is GMO free.
HOW TO USE IT
Skin Care
It smooths the surface of the skin.
The effects are immediately noticeable which makes it ideal for men's facial products (men seem to be more demanding about a quick fix and visible effect).
Use in after shave creams and lotions, in gels and serums.
Makes an ideal pre moisturising layer to give a smooth skin before applying makeup.
Looks good even without makeup.
It smooths out wrinkles and crow's feet so include it in eye creams and serums.
Works well in lip plumping products and other make-up products where a plumping effect is desired.
The action is noticeable from the first application.
Blend it into daily moisturisers and serums.
Fragile, sensitive skin will benefit.
Also great in night creams and serums as well as treatment masks.
Excellent in body sculpting formulations and oily serums.
Hair Care
Suitable for people with sensitive scalps.
Add to hair conditioners and scalp conditioning hair packs.
Other
Use at 1-2%. When used at 1% results will be slower and less immediately visible but when used at 2% results are very quickly noticeable.
Oil soluble so do not use in water only products.
Heat tolerant so can be added to stage 1 (fat stage) but we recommend to usually add it to stage 3 (cool down stage, below 40°C).
Works well with Camellia Seed Oil.
Add Shea Butter or Shea Butter Oil and Vitamin E as well for a nourishing blend for the whole body.
It will combine very well with Eco Marine Algae Extract and be excellent in night creams and serums as well as intensive masks.
