Inci: Citrus reticulata Peel Oil, Lavandula angustifolia Oil, Cananga odorata Flower Oil, Origanum majorana Leaf Oil, Vetiveria zizanoides Root Oil

A blend of essential oils to help you relax at the end of the day.

Soft and subtle, soothing and soporific. Gently lull yourself to sleep with this lovely essential oil combination. A blend of Mandarin, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram and Vetivert essential oils.

The easiest is to get a cotton wool ball or a piece of kitchen roll and damp it under the tap. Add a few drops of your chosen oil and pop it on one of the radiators. Don’t be too heavy handed as they are very strong. You can do this in several rooms of the house so that there is a gentle change of atmosphere between the hallway and the living room, for example. If you have a diffuser (either electric or candle) add a few drops of your chosen blend to the water bowl. Make sure the cable is out of the reach of children or pets.

Add a few drops to a ready made base product or shower gel.

We recommend that you check the individual essential oils separately to see if the blend is suitable for you.

And so to bed! Add a few drops of the Sweet Dreams blend to a tissue and place it near your pillow. Essential oils can mark bed linen or wooden surfaces, so put it somewhere where it won’t mark anything. Again, use just a drop or two.

Q&A

Can this be used in CP soap, Bath bombs etc?: Thank you for your enquiry. Please see the below response from our Research and Development Team; "According to the IFRA declaration, yes it can. Although the IFRA document states it can be used at higher rates than a cosmetic assessor would allow so I suggest using no more than 3% in each product. We don't know if it would accelerate trace or discolour in CP soap as it is not something that we have tested."
Years ago I bought Sleeparome from Samantha White. Is this the nearest product you have? Ie sweet dreams? Thanks: Sweet Dreams is our own blend, unfortunately we can't say how similar it would be to "Sleeparome" as this is not a product that we stock.
