Method:

Melt the Stage 1 (fat stage) ingredients in a double boiler (stainless steel bowl in a saucepan of boiling water).

When melted, put the bowl into a pan of cold water to drop the temperature.

When it starts to go opaque around the edges, stir in the Stage 2 ingredients and beat with a spatula to mix thoroughly. Jar and label.
