“No, a cream would have to have very strong chemicals in it to actually remove ingrown hairs. This cream will soothe the skin after shaving, and the Tigernut Oil does soften the hair shaft, but that won’t guarantee it won’t turn ingrown as that depends on the genetic make-up of the person’s hair follicles.”
