Competition Terms and Conditions - Customer Survey September 2023 Competition
1. Eligibility: 1.1. The Customer Survey September 2023 Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 and above. 1.2. Employees of Aromantic Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. How to Enter: 2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must complete the designated customer survey provided by Aromantic Ltd before the closing date of September 6th, 2023, at GMT midnight. 2.2. To be eligible for entry into the Competition, participants must provide their valid email address when completing the survey. 2.3. All survey responses must be thoughtful and genuine. Entries with responses that appear to lack effort or consideration will be disqualified.
3. Closing Date: 3.1. The Competition will close on September 6th, 2023, at GMT midnight. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
4. Judging Criteria: 4.1. Entries will be evaluated based on the quality and thoughtfulness of the responses. 4.2. The judging panel, consisting of representatives from Aromantic Ltd, will assess the entries and select qualified entries based on their discretion.
5. Random Winner Selection: 5.1. From the pool of qualified entries, the winner will be chosen through a random number generator. Each qualified entry will be assigned a unique number, and the random number generator will select the winner.
6. Prizes: 6.1. The winner will receive prizes as specified in the competition announcement or promotional material. 6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Disqualification: 7.1. Aromantic Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits responses that are deemed to lack genuine thought or effort. 7.2. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior in connection with the Competition will result in disqualification.
8. Notification of Winners: 8.1. The winner selected by the random number generator will be notified via the email address provided during the survey. 8.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the announcement, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Aromantic Ltd.
9. Publicity: 9.1. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to allow Aromantic Ltd to use their names and responses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions: 10.1. Aromantic Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 10.2. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law: 11.1. This Competition is governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
By participating in the Customer Survey September 2023 Competition and providing their email address, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Aromantic Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at its discretion.
