"I'm usually a purist when it comes to essential oils, however the fragrance of this was so perfect for me - sweet, slightly soapy - that it became my favourite to add to body lotion every day. Sadly I agree with Ananda S about the change in the character of the fragrance recently. It is still a lovely complex fragrance, however the last batch I got at the end of 2020 was not as sweet as the ones I had previously, and actually smelled like neroli, with those earthy, slightly woody undertones that neroli can have. I'm not complaining, I love neroli and the price is similar! But I do miss that lovely fragrance the Linden had before."

I have to say I prefer the fragrance balance of the original order to this one and I'm not sure what has created the difference. This is still pleasant but feels like something is missing.
