Combine the Stage 2 (water stage) ingredients in a bowl and place onto a bain-marie. Pour the Stage 1 materials into the Stage 2 bowl and stir. Ensure the temperature stays above 75°C and stir continuously for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and place the bowl in a pan of cold water. Keep stirring all the time. When the temperature is below 40°C, add the Stage 3 (heat sensitive) ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Jar and label.
