Stage 1: (room temperature)
2% Brazil Nut Oil 1% Pomegranate Seed Oil
Stage 2: (room temperature)
87% Boiled Spring Water
5% Comfrey Glycerol Extract
1% Konjac Glucomannan Powder
Stage 3: (below 40°C) 2% Bisabolol 1% Preservative 12 0.75% Spearmint Essential Oil 0.25% Roman Chamomile Essential Oil 100% Total

Method:
Combine the Stage 2 (water stage) Konjac and Comfrey Glycerol Extract to make a paste. Then add the boiled spring water and mix with a stick blender to make a gel.
Add the Stage 1 (fat stage) oils and mix again.
When the gel is below 40°C, add the Stage 3 (heat sensitive) ingredients and mix thoroughly. Jar and label.

Hi wanted to ask how long u can keep on self

This simple exfoliating toner is really effective. Simply wipe on with a cotton pad and remove your dead skin cells. Do not use it around the delicate eye area.
Create a light body lotion which is great choice to care for your skin in the warmer weather when a heavy cream may be too much. Personalise with your favourite Essential Oils too.
