Update 25/06/2020

Dear Customers,

Customer Services Update:

Due to unfortunate circumstances our sole standing Customer Service team member is currently ill (not with the corona virus fortunately) never the less it means that myself and the other director Montana are the only two people available to respond to emails and phone calls on top of our normal duties and looking after our 4 year old daughter running around our legs due to lack of available childcare. With all of that please bear with us as we get through this time and we expect to have more people available from the start of July onwards. We are now fortunately fully staffed in other areas.

Courier update:

We are still seeing a delay with Royal Mail shipments and also Parcelforce seems to be taking on average 2 days rather than 1 day for deliveries. DHL seem to be spot on and the major issues we have courier wise is with APC so please be aware that when we send parcels out with APC they can take up to 4 or so days from when we despatch them until they are out for delivery. Also please be aware that the tracking links we are sending out automatically unfortunately don't work and we are working on moving away from APC as a courier but are waiting on development work with our IT systems so we can move more business over to Parcelforce.

Update 09/06/2020

Dear Customers,

Because of the Royal Mail delays we have made the change on the website so any Royal Mail item will go Tracked, either as 24 or 48. Please note that this doesn't mean that they will be delivered in that time frame but at least there seems to be less delay than the non tracked option.

Update 08/06/2020

Dear Customers,

We have become aware of extreme delays in Royal Mail deliveries within the UK at present. Today we had a customer call up to say they got their parcel 3 weeks after posting it and we had already refunded them (they called to pay us for the order which was nice of them). Because of these types of delays we are now waiting 3 weeks after posting to send replacements or refunds for lost parcels which were shipped with Royal Mail to addresses within the UK. We have noticed that you are less likely to experience delays when choosing Royal Mail 24 or a courier option. Please note this is no guarantee as all delivery services are prone to delays currently.

Update 04/05/2020

Dear International Customers,

We have noticed severe delays with using Air Mail and International Signed/Tracked services from Royal Mail. If you need your goods in a hurry then please use a Courier service such as DHL which we offer as they are getting orders to customers a lot quicker. We cannot be held responsible for the progress or lack there of, of your parcel once it leaves our premises. We live in unprecedented times and have to accept that the postal services are overwhelmed by the online shopping spree that is currently taking place alongside the reduced number of flights and postal workers available to work which is causing this backlog to the postal system.

Update 23/04/2020

Dear Customers,

We are now mostly back to a "1 to 3 day" despatch time and many orders get shipped the same day depending on stock availability. When you add items to your basket, on most items you can see if we have it ready to go out same day (subject to cut off times) or if we need to fill the product for you.

Update 08/04/2020

Dear Customers,

We are currently working as fast as we can with the reduced staffing levels (whilst ensuring social distancing) to get everything out to you, but please don't expect normal service levels in terms of turnaround times as we are very busy currently. Depending on what you order, it may take up to 5 business days before despatch compared with the normal up to 3.

Update: 27/03/2020

Dear Customers,

This is all hitting us hard and we hope you all remain safe and well.

We are now supplying Isopropyl alcohol which is not something we normally would but due to popular demand we managed to secure some stock. Because of that and the fact that we sell packaging etc for hand sanitisers, (although we are low on stock of all of it but are working to securing more stock for you).

We have decided to stay open as we are part of the essential products supply chain to support everyone fighting this battle. We are doing our best to stay open and operating and although many of our staff look after extremely vulnerable people within their families and we want to support them in that we still have some staff whom are willing and able to come in and work, so because of them we are able to continue to support our customers in this time of need.

This means however that we will be operating on a skeleton staff also to ensure social distancing requirements so please don't expect the normal turn around times on orders. Instead we hope you will accept that these are extreme times and we are doing our utmost to support everyone we can.

Please note that local collections are no longer possible to ensure social distancing is enforced.
